The buoyant Under 9s seem to be getting better every week, and did it again on Sunday at home to Bedworth Utd with their highest scoring victory of the season. The team were electric in the 1st half, keeping possession and breaking open the Bedworth backline with ease. They seemed to score at will through a variety of well-taken goals. To try and make the game more competitive, Jat rung the positional changes, including a run out up front for keeper Prabhvir, who responded with 2 goals, a brilliant assist and the MotM award! Thanks to Ayden for stepping in between the sticks and also doing a great job! Bedworth bravely stuck to their task in the 2nd half, but it was not enough to stop GNP from plundering several more goals. The goals came from Jan (3), Arjun (3), Saavun (2), Elio (2) & Prabhvir (2). Goal of the game this week was a worldie from Elio (his 1st of the game) which flew in the far top corner!

The boys visit another in-form team, Stratford Town Colts, next Sunday, to close out their league season and aiming to extend their unbeaten run to a remarkable 17 matches!
